The Incline Dumbell Curl See muscles involved Primary Muscles Involved Biceps Other Muscles Involved Forearm Muscles Execution While sitting on an inclined seat, allow the arms to hang straight downward while holding the dumbells (Starting Position). While rotating the hands to a palms up position, curl the weights upward until they are in the highest position (Finishing Position).
