Execution
While sitting on an inclined seat, allow the arms to hang straight downward while holding the dumbells (Starting Position). While rotating the hands to a palms up position, curl the weights upward until they are in the highest position (Finishing Position).

Tips
In order to get a fuller stretch of the biceps, you may have your palms facing rearward in the starting position.
